Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Payment terms:Оплата 100 % (сто процентов) от Общей стоимости соответствующей партии Товаров в срок не позднее 20 (двадцать) рабочих дней с даты поставки соответствующей партии Товаров (с даты подписания товарной накладной без замечаний), и предоставления счета-фактуры.

Comments:
1) Продукция должна быть новой, не бывшей в употреблении.
2) К продукции должны быть приложены: сертификат качества товара/паспорт.
3) Критерии выбора наилучшего предложения: качество товара, минимальные срок поставки, стоимость, условия оплаты, опыт работы;
4) Данная процедура запроса предложения не является конкурсом, и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ;
5) Данная процедура так же не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ;
Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложения не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств
6) Перед отгрузкой необходимо заполнить упаковочный лист ( см. пример заполнения в закупочной документации), наклеить упаковочный лист на упаковку с товаром, копию отправить Заказчику по электронной почте.
7) Груз должен удовлетворять требованиям ГОСТ 15846-2002 "Продукция, отправляемая в районы крайнего севера и приравненные к ним местности. Упаковка, маркировка, транспортировка и хранение" и ГОСТ 14192-96 " Маркировка грузов").
