Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1) Все вопросы через площадку.
2) Оборудование должно иметь паспорт, руководство по эксплуатации, сертификат соответствия.
3) Вся техническая документация должна быть представлена на русском языке.
4) Поставляемое оборудование должно быть новым.
5) Обязательное условие для участия в запросе предложений и заключения договора поставки - наличие статуса-изготовитель, либо действующих дилерских полномочий с заводами-изготовителями.
6) Заполнение дополнительной информации обязательно.
7) В случае расхождения информации, указанной в коммерческом предложении и электронной площадке, к рассмотрению принимается информация, указанная на торговой площадке
8) Предложение на торговой площадке согласно правилам должно быть представлено СТРОГО В РУБЛЯХ в пересчете по курсу ЦБ РФ на 31.01.2022
