Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

1. Absolutely! upload to the ETP before the end of the auction the participant's questionnaire (procurement documentation) in Excel and PDF certified with the seal and signature of an authorized person.
2. The list of documents in the questionnaire is mandatory, strictly according to the list.
3. Filling out the questionnaire: all fields are filled in.
4. Legal entities whose registration period is more than 1 year are allowed to participate in the tender.
5. Work in EDO.
6. UPLOADED DOCUMENTS: The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by a KP with appendices and contain key information on the product (photo, composition, characteristics), cost, terms and delivery terms.
7. Absolutely! Availability of certificates for all types of PPE.
