The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% post-payment preferably within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The package of tender documents of the bidder includes the following documents:
1. Commercial offer.
Please send the commercial offer on letterhead with signature and seal, it must contain the following information:
• Name of the organization, INN /OGRN of the organization;
• Production and delivery time (calendar days);
• Cost WITHOUT VAT;
• Payment terms, number of days of delay (preferred delay of 45 calendar days)

2. A copy of the certificate of state registration.
3. A copy of the tax registration certificate.
4. All technical documentation for the proposed material (quality certificate, declaration of conformity, certificate of conformity)
