Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• The prices in the request for commercial proposals must be indicated in Russian rubles for 1 unit of measurement for each item, excluding VAT, but taking into account other taxes, duties and other necessary expenses of the Supplier for this type of goods (products, loading and unloading, transportation, travel expenses, etc.) to fulfill Customer orders, as well as include transportation of workwear to a warehouse in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
• Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of at least 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract.
• Payment method – non-cash form of payment;
• The date when the Customer fulfills its obligations to pay for services is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
• Payment:
100% post-payment within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the commodity and administrative documents
• In case of a claim to the Supplier for the quality of the finished goods and/or the delivery time of the goods, the Customer has the right to suspend payment for the delivered goods, but not more than the amount of the Customer's claim, as well as to demand a penalty from the Supplier in the amount of 30% of the order amount.
