Comments: The contractor for the installation of fire
protection systems must be a member of a self-regulatory organization
(SRO) and have:
- licenses of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the installation
of fire safety equipment for buildings and
structures;
- experience in the implementation of similar in nature (logistics and
warehouse complexes) and the scope of work at facilities of at least the 3rd
successful project in each line of activity
according to the Requirements Specification;
- at least 5 years of experience in this field.

and timely performance of their duties to fully
bear responsibility in case of harm to the Customer.
Availability of a sufficient number of qualified,
certified personnel to perform the work.
All equipment and materials used must have

Before starting the installation work, the contractor
is obliged to pass the entrance control and provide samples
of the materials used with all the necessary
certificates.
Installation, testing and acceptance of the system should be carried out in accordance with No.123-
FZ, SP 56.13330.2021, SP 57.13330.2021, SP 134.13330.2012, SP
3.13130.2009, SP 484.1311500.2020, SP 485.1311500.2020, SP
486.1311500.2020, GOST R 59638-2021, GOST R 59636-2021,
GOST R 59639-2021, service stations and manufacturers' instructions.
All SOE cable lines must be laid
with a cable that does not support gorenje with the index ng (A)-
FRLS.
The SSE system must be installed in all protected
areas of the building in accordance with the design documentation and
applicable regulations.
Electrical receivers of the fire protection system (SPZ)
should belong to the first category in terms of reliability

The control panel and control of the means of notification (hereinafter

Upon completion of installation, the notification and control system

upon receipt of a command pulse "Fire" from the central equipment of the APS system
(PPA), in accordance with
the specified algorithm:
- monitoring the status of alert lines with information output
to the front panel of the unit;
- control, distribution and redundancy of supply
voltages;
- light notification of escape routes;
- Functioning during the time necessary to
complete the complete evacuation of people from buildings.
In case of changes or deviations from design decisions,
replacement of equipment, products and materials, technical
solutions, it is mandatory to coordinate with the design
organization, the Customer and the maintenance service.
Any changes in the composition and content of the work,
equipment and materials used shall be documented in
writing.
All works are performed "turnkey" with materials,
equipment, machinery and Contractor forces.
The contracting organization provides
its employees with the necessary tools, equipment,
lifting mechanisms, devices and protective equipment on its own
. The cost of the work includes delivery of equipment and
materials to the facility, mobilization of equipment,
consumables, travel expenses, obtaining and developing
the necessary related documents for the production
of works and other costs. During the execution of the work and after
the completion of the work, it is necessary to clean the territory and
remove garbage.
All work performed must comply with the requirements
of environmental, epidemiological, sanitary and hygienic,
fire safety regulations in force on the territory

(USB-fleshcard, etc.), graphic and text material in the form
of a single file generated as a multi
-page PDF file.

Acrobat (version 8.0 and above) with the creation of bookmarks on the table of contents
and on the full list of tables and drawings, drawings and others
types of data.

The transfer of intermediate results of work can
be carried out in the form of documentation made on
paper and /or in electronic form by sending
electronic documentation (by e-mail, WhatsApp,
file transfer on disks, etc.).

The result of the work
1) Executive documentation, certificates
of conformity for fire safety, executed
together with the acts of work performed properly
in full in accordance with applicable
law, agreed with copyright and
technical supervision and accepted by the Customer, as well
as the building maintenance service;
2) The installation of the system of warning and
control of people in case of fire and their elements, including
dispatching, has been completed and:
-commissioning, complex adjustment has been carried out
(integration) of all fire protection systems at
the facility,
-comprehensive testing of the operability of
fire protection systems, engineering systems and systems
safety and life support of the facility;
3) Training of personnel in the rules for using
fire detection and warning systems by
providing appropriate instructions with
visualization.
4) After completion of the above works, the
cleaning of the territory and garbage collection.
All necessary user manuals (
equipment operating instructions) must be in Russian. In
all cases, it is unacceptable to provide technical
documentation and user manuals in the form of photocopies.
The contractor is responsible for compliance
of the provided equipment and components
with state standards and specifications.
