1. when submitting an bid, it is required to provide completed request forms, as well as copies of constituent and financial documents according to the list.
2. The submitted proposal must consist of two parts – technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the head with the seal impression. The list and composition of works should be indicated in the technical part and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.).
