Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Каждый участник должен предоставить заполненную Анкету участника как в электронном виде в формате "doc", так и отсканированную версию с подписью и печатью.
Также предоставляется полный пакет документов, указанных в Анкете участника.
Форма Коммерческого предложения заполняется полностью (приложение 2 к ЗД)
Анкета участника находится в закупочной документации.
Прошу подготовить коммерческое предложение по приложенной форме в закупочной документации.
