1. Completed and signed file "Qualification Requirements" (Submitted by those participants who have not previously submitted it). The agreement is attached for review.
2. Completed and signed file "KP_Nakhodka". The order of filling is indicated in the file. RATE IN TRADING ON ETP cell I67
It is possible to carry out rebidding (price reduction), the need for which will be notified to the participants.
The winner - the participant with the lowest price and who has no block factors (meets the requirements), are indicated in the "Qualification requirements" file.
Based on the results of the procedure, one main supplier and 1 backup supplier are selected.
