Обоснование: 1. Признать заявки ООО «Пермь-Восток-Сервис» соответствующими требованиям документации запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме.
2. Признать заявку ООО «Кирмская фабрика им. Горького» не соответствующую требованиям документации запроса ценовых котировок
3. Признать запрос ценовых котировок в электронной форме: «СИЗ органов дыхания (респираторы) марки Spirotek» не состоявшимся.
4. Заключить договор с ООО «Пермь-Восток-Сервис» по процедуре: «СИЗ органов дыхания (респираторы) марки Spirotek», по цене 899 060 (Восемьсот девяносто девять тысяч шестьдесят) рублей 00 копеек, в том числе НДС 18% - 106 779 (Сто шесть тысяч семьсот семьдесят девять) рублей 66 копеек.
