Payment terms:
100% deferment of payment upon products delivery. The preferred period of deferral is not less than 60 days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the warehouse of the Buyer. Other payment terms are agreed upon by the Parties additionally.
Payment for products is carried out in non-cash order by transferring money to the account of the Supplier. Payment currency - Russian ruble.
The Buyer makes payments for the payment of products based on the results of acceptance, subject to the Supplier providing original documents confirming the quality of products, invoices and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance and executed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Delivery terms:
The supplied products shall be delivered by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost is included in the cost of goods. Delivery date is the date of transfer of goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the call tag (Torg-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, Southern Industrial Zone, Warehousing. Products delivery time: minimum since the signing of the contract by the buyer. Quality passport or other quality certifying document is required The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Other delivery terms are agreed upon by the Parties additionally.
Products must be accompanied by all the required documents confirming its quality and origin.
Comments: MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - uploading a commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped with the organization, certificate of conformity, permission to use, dealer certificate with manufacturing plants or confirmation of supplier status, reference list.
Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal it is necessary to provide the documents specified in the procurement documentation.
Conclusion of a contract only in the standard edition of South Kuzbass PJSC without a protocol of disagreement (See attachment).
The validity of the proposal (offer) must be at least 60 calendar days from the date of submission.
One of the important criteria for evaluating the proposal is a deferred payment. The preferred delay period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
Pay attention! In the event that a product of another manufacturer (not the original) or with a different catalog number is offered for delivery, the commercial offer must necessarily indicate the name of the manufacturer and the modified catalog number.
