2. The proposal must attach a file with a commercial offer and a document confirming the status of the supplier (certificate of representative, distributor, dealer, etc.);
3. Commercial offer must contain the cost of products, the validity of the price, the cost of delivery (if paid separately), the terms of shipment, payment terms and technical characteristics of the goods.
5. The term of the commercial offer is not less than 30 calendar days.
