1) No. 396 General Accreditation of Ural Steel JSC;
2) No. 645 Accreditation for Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety of Ural Steel JSC.
As part of the participation, it is necessary to submit an application with a technical proposal (hereinafter TP), taking into account the requirements specified in the name, TK of the attached documentation.
The TP must be stamped by the company and signed by the head.
The validity period of the TP must be at least 60 (sixty) calendar days.

This procedure is not an offer, an invitation to make an offer, acceptance of an offer or an invitation to participate in a tender, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer is not obligated to conclude any transactions as a result of the request for proposals procedure, and has the right to refuse all received offers / applications for any reason or terminate the procedure at any time without notifying the Procurement Participants and does not bear any responsibility to the Participants or third parties to whom such actions may cause losses.
The Customer also does not bear any obligations to reimburse the Participants of the purchase or other third parties for any costs or other losses associated with participation in the procedure.
Thus, this procedure does not provide for the fulfillment by the Customer of any civil obligations with respect to the Participants of the purchase or to third parties.
