Comments:
1. The price of the cabinet must be specified without taking into account delivery. I ask you to specify the cost of delivery by the supplier's transport to the buyer's warehouse separately in the line "Cost of delivery of a unit of goods". If delivery is not possible, you must specify pickup in the delivery condition line
The choice will be made at the lowest price, taking into account the cost of delivery (the choice of the delivery method "pickup" or "supplier's transport" will be determined based on economic feasibility).
2. To calculate the cost of delivery on the terms of pickup, please fill in the table "Form for calculating pickup" (cells for filling are highlighted in yellow).
3. The standard form of the delivery contract is attached.
4. Participating suppliers must provide documents in accordance with the application "Request for documents", as well as a questionnaire of the counterparty. All documents must be signed by the head of the company or his authorized representative. If the documents are signed by an authorized person, please provide a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign these documents.
