Comments:
1) Request for proposals with VAT !!!
2) The current demand is indicated in the tender. When specifying the price, it should be borne in mind that the tender is held for the period April - August 2021 and during this period additional orders for tires of the specified standard sizes are possible (+ 15% of the current volume specified in the tender)
3) The price is fixed for the period April-August 2021 for the volume specified in clause 2. Price changes are not allowed. Delivery to the buyer must be included in the price of the goods.
4) Delivery during the period April-August 2021 must be carried out ANY point of the indicated areas. The addresses for the current volume are indicated in the attached documentation.
5) Delivery time is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application.
6) Agreement in the form of the organizer of the procedure. Minutes of disagreements and additional agreements, correcting terms of the agreement are not accepted.
7) The organizer of the procedure has the right to conclude an agreement with any legal entity on the part of the buyer. The details of the companies participating in this tender are attached to the tender documentation.
8) Offers by post will not be accepted.
9) MANDATORY in the field "Description of analogue" there must be a description of the offered goods in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender documentation!
10) The following documents MUST be uploaded to the supplier's application:
- Completed file "Commercial offer for tires on B2B"
- Signed contract forms, and additional agreements. (for suppliers who do not have contracts with legal entities)
11) Your participation in the tender confirms your agreement with all the conditions listed above.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
