Comments:
Each participant must provide the completed Application Form for the participant in electronic form in the "doc" format, as well as a scanned version with the signature and seal.
The information column is adjusted by the participant.
A full package of documents specified in the Participant's Questionnaire and a completed draft contract are also provided, which means agreement with its provisions and form (when changes are made to it, the latter are highlighted in a different color and comments are indicated if necessary).
It is possible to extend the application deadline at the request of the participant through the "Clarifications" menu in the procedure.
When a participant submits an application, a commercial offer is submitted with a detailed description of each lot of products with current prices in Russian rubles, including VAT and without VAT (paragraph 7 of the Participant's Questionnaire).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
