Payment terms:• Option 1: Payments will be made once, upon completion of the entire scope of work within 30 calendar days from the date of their completion, based on the submission of an accurate and correct invoice and acceptance certificate signed by the Supplier and the Customer.
• Option 2: Payments will be made in stages, upon completion of the stage of work within 30 calendar days from the date of completion, based on the submission of an accurate and correct invoice and acceptance certificate signed by the Supplier and the Customer.
Delivery terms:The works are carried out at the Industrial site of JSC "Kovdorsky GOK" The deadline for the execution of works/services is 30.04.2024

The Technical and Commercial Proposal is accepted in full compliance with the Requirements Specification.
