Lots not fully filled will not be considered. Lot is considered as Transport services on 1 REC.
Prices point in rubles. Excluding VAT and including VAT (20%).
You must Also fill in the following files:
- Carrier Questionnaire,
- Questionnaire of the carrier,
- Template for filling the information about the VEHICLE.

You can repeatedly improve your offers before the deadline.
Technical characteristics of the offer must conform to the technical specification.

No E-signature is required.
