Payment terms:Расчет за выполненные работы производится в следующем порядке:
50% от стоимости выполненных работ – не ранее 45 дней с момента подпи-сания акта приемки выполненных работ.
Оставшиеся 50% от стоимости выполненных работ не ранее 90, но не позд-нее 180 дней с момента подписания актов о приемке выполненных работ.
Оплата производится денежными средствами на расчетный счет Подряд-чика и/или путем передачи векселей со сроком предъявления не ранее 90, но не позднее 180 дней с даты эмиссии, на основании актов приемки вы-полненных работ, справок о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат, вы-ставленных Подрядчиком счетов-фактур (при необходимости - других рас-четных документов).
