Comments:
It is necessary to evaluate the preparation of business requirements for further formulation of the solution to the problem of automating business activities.

Appendices describe prerequisites and current solutions, as well as sample reports.

The survey should take into account the existing SAP AHD solution in accordance with the current design solutions and the implemented end-to-end process of ensuring the administrative and economic activities of the bank.

The objectives of the survey and analysis are:
• Preparation of a draft solution - an optimal automated process for the management and accounting of the bank's own and rented real estate
• Preparation of a draft decision - operational, analytical and statistical reporting on real estate DI

The main tasks are:
• It is necessary to investigate the process in the Real Estate Department, the Finance Department, study the reporting requirements, investigate the current AHD process implemented on the basis of SAP4HANA.
• Design business processes for bank property management that are optimally integrated into the existing end-to-end AHD process
• Design automated, control procedures and checks that reduce the likelihood of errors, improve data quality
• The solution must ensure the historical data
• The solution should exclude the use of Excel and manual accounting
