Payment terms:
The advance payment is not provided, payment is made for the actually executed works on the basis of acts of delivery-acceptance of the executed works, with deferred payment not less than 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days. Guarantee deduction of 5% of the cost of work performed, returned to the contractor's account at the end of the warranty period. The guarantee amount is deducted from the full cost of the completed works, equipment, materials, furniture and equipment.
