3. Basis for the performance of work and deadlines:
Measures of the current repair of the UA for 2021 The contract is valid until 12/31/2021.
4. Scope of work performed
At present, EPM - NEZ JSC operates 7 modules - Rittal 3310740, 2 modules - Rittal 3332540, 6 modules - 3387540.
The customer notifies the Contractor by e-mail about the necessary repairs. The contractor takes the modules from the customer on his own vehicle for repair or maintenance. Carries out repairs on its territory using its own forces and means.
Prior to the repair, a specification is drawn up and agreed with the Customer's representative. The cost of repair work, delivery by transport and maintenance is carried out at the prices of the price list, which is an annex to the contract.
5. The procedure for control and acceptance of works
The results of the work are documented in the form of acts of work performed after the equipment is presented to the Customer and its performance is checked.
6. Occupational health and safety requirements
When performing work on the territory of the Customer, the Contractor (contractor) provides the UOTiPB with a list of documents necessary for the execution of orders - permits for the performance of work by contractors.
Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
• Copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order for appointment to a position in the contractor, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
• A copy of the Certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
• Copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMGs, hoists (towers), in electrical installations, conducting hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work;
• Medical clearance of personnel;
• Copies of certificates of gas electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas electric welders - copies of certification protocols for the fire-technical minimum
• Before the start of registration of the work permit, all employees of the contractor, including managers, are required to undergo an introductory briefing at the UOTiPB (with you have a document confirming your identity and age). When performing work, all employees must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment necessary to perform this type of work.
• Note: in the event that any document expires, the work permit is not issued until a new document is submitted.
In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the Health and Safety Service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
The Contractor shall notify the Customer about the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing with all supporting documents attached. Failure to comply with the conditions of this clause by the Contractor gives the Customer the right not to allow the Contractor to perform the work, the delay in the performance of the work in this case is the Contractor's fault.
7. Conditions of work
7.1 Work at an operating enterprise.
7.2 The equipment operates in conditions of increased dusty carbon-graphite dust.
