Requirements for the Contractor:
• Repair and diagnostics of faulty equipment takes place at the customer's site: Voronezh region, Rossosh, st. Khimzavodskaya, 2, Minudobreniya JSC.
• The costs of diagnostics and the arrival of a specialist at the customer's site should be included in the total cost of the commercial proposal.
• All costs for transportation and delivery, loading, unloading of spare parts, tools, the arrival of a specialist to the place of providing the service, as well as other costs associated with the provision of services at the Customer's site are borne by the Contractor.
• If the contractor does not have the opportunity to provide services at the customer's site, the cost of transporting the Oce PlotWave 450 large-format printer to the contractor's site and the return return of the repaired equipment is at the expense of the contractor.
The contractor must provide:
- questionnaire (company card) of the tender participant;
- reference list for similar types of work;
- copies of bukh. balance sheet and income statement for the last 3 years.
- commercial offer, according to Appendix 2, with the signature of the head and the seal of the enterprise or a scanned copy, fax;
- provide a calculation of the cost of the price offer (calculation).
