Payment terms:Расчеты за выполненные работы осуществляются на основании счета и акта выполненных работ, 50% - денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 45 дней со дня поступления Заказчику платежных документов, 50% - с отсрочкой платежа 90 дней или векселями со сроком погашения не ранее 90 с даты эмиссии (по согласованию сторон). Счет-фактура предоставляется Подрядчиком Заказчику в течение 5 дней с момента подписания Сторонами акта о приёмке выполненных работ (КС-2) и справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма КС-3).
