Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment for the work performed is made on the fact of their implementation, in the manner prescribed by the draft civil law contract (section 3 of the present documentation).
Delivery terms:Limit (maximum) work execution period = 110 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Proposals received from the applicant on time performance exceeds the specified maximum value is the reason for the rejection of his participation in the procurement process. Time limit (minimum) work execution period = 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Proposals received from the applicant on time performance, smaller than the specified minimum value is the reason for the rejection of his participation in the procurement process.
