Payment terms:Payment for work under the Contract is made by the Customer for each reporting period in accordance with the Work Schedule (Appendix No. 2 to the contract) within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the end of the reporting period by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor in full in the amount of value specified in all acts signed by the Parties on acceptance of work performed in the form of COP-2, drawn up in the form of Appendix No. 10 to the contract, a certificate of the cost of the work and costs in the form of COP-3, drawn up in the form of Appendix No. 11, the acceptance certificate completed construction of the facility in the form of KS-11, compiled in the form of Appendix No. 12, receipt by the Customer of the invoice and invoice, drawn up in accordance with applicable law.
