Payment terms:
The price includes all transport and customs costs. Payment is made after delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse, within 60 days
Delivery terms:
delivery of products is carried out by transport of the supplier (transport company) to the warehouse of PJSC "CHMK"! Shipping costs are included in the product price. Delivery on conditions DAP-Chelyabinsk (Incoterms 2010) is possible.
Comments: THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE COMMERCIAL OFFER IS NOT LESS THAN 2 MONTHS
1) The presentation of a certificate of conformity or a passport for products is obligatory.
In the absence of an attached certificate or dealer Agreement for the sale of products, commercial proposals will be rejected.
2) Year of production – 2019 G;
3) Signing of the contract of delivery in the standard form of PJSC CHMK, without the protocols of disagreements (see attachment)!!!;
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received offers, without incurring any liability to the participants.
5) When choosing the winner the advantage is the manufacturer of products and companies that have a dealer certificate.
6) If you are the official representative of the company-manufacturer, attach all documents on B2B. Only manufacturers, trading houses and official dealers with reinforcement of dealership certificate and conformity certificate for products are allowed to participate.
7) Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
