Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Organizer.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

IMPORTANT
It is necessary to provide (attach at the site) the following list of documents:
1. Completed application form based on the Buyer's sample;
2. Enterprise card certified by seal and signature;
3. A copy of the Charter of the enterprise (or amendments to it) / 1 page, main provisions, the composition of the participants, which body the executive body is elected by, the term of office of the executive body, the size of the authorized capital, the last sheet (revolving, with the registration number of the registering body);
4. A copy of the Creation Decision;
5. Copy of the Certificate of State Registration;
6. A copy of the Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authority;
7. A document confirming the authority to sign the agreement / a copy of the election protocol (if the executive body was not elected in accordance with the current Charter, then information from the Charter, which was in force at the time of the election of the executive body (composition of participants, which body the executive body and its term of office are elected); power of attorney;
8. A copy of the Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities / EGRIP, valid no later than 1 (one) month, from the date of issue;
9. A document confirming the legality of using a trademark on a product supplied under this agreement (certificate of registration of a trademark, a license agreement registered in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, other documents);
10. staffing table;
11. reporting (accounting) documentation;
12. a certificate from the tax authority on the presence / absence of debt to the budget (original);
13. acts of reconciliation with the tax authority (originals).
14. documents confirming ownership (lease agreement, purchase and sale, etc.);
15. SZVM (monthly reporting to the RF pension fund for employers) for the previous month.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
