Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

This procedure is not a contest and is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.

The purchase participant may repeatedly improve their price offers until after the application ends.

Only one legal entity may participate in a competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is seen as restricting competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.

IMPORTANTLY
You must provide (attach on site) the following list of documents:
1. A completed questionnaire on the model of the Buyer;
2. Enterprise card certified with print and signature;
3. Copy of the Enterprise Statute (or amendments thereto) /1 page, basic provisions, composition of participants, which body the executive body is elected, term of office of executive body, size of statutory capital, last sheet (negotiable, with registration number of the registering authority);
4. A copy of the Creation Decision
5. Copy of State Registration Certificate
6. A copy of the Tax Authority Certificate;
7. Document confirming the powers of signing a contract/copy of the election protocol (if the executive body was not elected under the current Charter, shall be granted, number, information from the Charter, which was in force at the time of the election of the executive body (the composition of the participants, which body the executive body is elected and its term of office); power of attorney;
8. A copy of the Extract from EGRUL/EGRIP, with an expiration date not later than 1 (one) month from the date of issuance;
9. Document confirming the validity of using the trademark on the goods supplied under this contract (trademark registration certificate, license contract registered in the procedure provided by the law of the Russian Federation, other documents);
10. staffing;
11. reporting (accounting) documentation;
12. Certificate from the tax authority regarding the existence of indebted/no debt to the budget (original);
13. acts of tax authority checks (originals).
14. proof of ownership (lease, sales, etc.);
15. NWM (monthly reporting to the Russian pension fund for employers) for the previous month.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
