Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
- advance payment is not provided;
- payment for work performed is made of "Rusatom Service" upon their performance on the basis of act of acceptance of completed works, invoices and bills (the original) of the Contractor within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of work performed ;
- Payment for the work performed will be made in Russian rubles;
- when the secondment of staff of the Contractor to the Turkish Republic, JSC "Rusatom Service" shall reimburse travel expenses (travel, accommodation, per diem) to the Contractor at cost, confirmed by the cumulative calculation of expenses for business trips, signed by the head and the main Contractor Accountant, and agreed JSC "Rusatom Service".

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
