Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided, payment is made for actually completed works on the basis of certificates of delivery and acceptance of completed works with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Bidders (including several) regarding the order and timing of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Bidders.
Delivery terms:
No more than 60 calendar days, including:
Stage I: development of working documentation – 45 calendar days
Stage II: approval of working documentation – 15 calendar days
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Bidders regarding the timing of the work, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Bidders.
Comments: The Bidder of the procurement procedure must meet
the following requirements:
1. The absence of
lawsuits from the Bidder of the procurement
procedure for the amount of claims against the
latter exceeding 25% of the company's equity
(confirmed by the declaration of compliance with
the established requirements by filling in and
submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of
the procurement procedure on compliance with the
established requirements" as part of the bid for
participation);
2. Failure to liquidate the Bidder
of the procurement procedure - a legal entity and
the absence of an arbitration court decision on
the recognition of the Bidder Called for Bidding -
a legal entity or individual entrepreneur as
insolvent (bankrupt) and on the opening of
bankruptcy proceedings (confirmed by a declaration
of compliance with the established requirements by
filling in and submitting the form "Declaration of
the Bidder of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements" as
part of the bid for participation);
3.
Non-suspension of the activities of the Bidder of
the procurement procedure in accordance with the
procedure established by the Code of
Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation
as of the date of filing an bid for participation
in Calls for Bidding (confirmed by a declaration
of compliance with the established requirements by
filling out and submitting the form "Declaration
of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements" as
part of the bid);
4. The Bidder of the procurement
procedure does not have overdue arrears on accrued
taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other
mandatory payments to budgets of any level or
state extra-budgetary funds for the last completed
reporting period, the amount of which exceeds 25%
of the book value of the assets of the Bidder

procurement procedure obligations under contracts
(contracts) for the supply of goods, performance
of works, provision of services of the same name

by a declaration of compliance with the
established requirements by filling in and
providing as part of the bid for participation of
the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the
procurement procedure on compliance with the
established requirements");
7. The Bidder of the
procurement procedure is not a person whose place
of registration or place of residence or place of
tax residence is the state or territory included
in the list of states and territories approved by
the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation
in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 3
of Article 284 of the Tax Code of the Russian

procedure and the Customer, which means cases in

individuals who are beneficiaries, the sole
executive body of the business company (director,
general director, managing director, president and
others), members of the collegial executive body
of a business company, the head (director, general
director) of an institution or unitary enterprise,
or other management bodies of legal entities -
Call for Bidding Bidders, with individuals,
including those registered as individual
entrepreneurs, - Call for Bidding Bidders, or are
close relatives (relatives in a direct ascending

11. The period of state
registration of the Bidder of the procurement
procedure before submitting an bid for
participation in the procurement procedure must be
at least one calendar year (12 months) (confirmed
by information from the Extract of the Unified
State Register of Legal Entities provided as part
of the bid for participation);
12. The Bidder
must have proven work experience in
designing/developing projects for power supply
engineering systems, lighting, low-current systems
and Smart Home systems, automation and power
supply of hotel rooms (GRMS) (confirmed by the
portfolio of completed works provided as part of
the bid for participation and the completed form
"Information on work experience");
13. The Bidder
must make a mandatory visit to the place of work
before submitting an bid to participate in the
procedure (confirmed by the official letter of the
Bidder confirming the visit to the facility
provided as part of the bid for participation);
14. The Bidder's confirmed revenue for the
reporting period must be at least the contractual
cost of the work, compiled according to the
amounts specified in the Terms of Reference
(confirmed by information from the official
accounting statements provided as part of the bid
for participation).
15. The Bidder must confirm
the availability of the design department in the
Krasnodar Territory of Sochi for joint meetings to
approve the composition of the equipment (1-2
meetings) during the design (confirmed by the
official letter of the Bidder provided as part of
the bid for participation about the availability
of the design department in the Krasnodar
Territory of Sochi)
16. In substantiating the
proposed cost of work, it is mandatory to provide
a detailed calculation of the cost of work (if the
calculation is not submitted as part of the bid
for participation, your bid for participation in
the procurement procedure will be rejected).
The
procurement procedure is an internal procedure for
the selection of Suppliers by the Company and
should not be considered as a competitive bidding
process in the sense of articles 447-449 of the
Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is
not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter
57 of the Civil Code of the Russian
Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the
right at any time to refuse to continue conducting
this Procurement Procedure, to change the terms of
its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a
contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized
as the best based on the results of the
procurement procedure.
At the same time, any
expenses related to participation in the
procurement procedure shall be borne by the Bidder
independently, the specified expenses will not be
reimbursed under any circumstances by Sanatorium
Zapolyarye LLC.
