Payment terms:Preferably in the amount of 100% of the cost of the stages on the first payment day of the Customer after 60 (sixty) days from the date of the invoice issued by the Contractor after the signing by both Parties of the Act of Work performed

Comments:
The following documents must be provided:

- bid for participation (according to the sample);
- signed Confidentiality Agreement with the prequalification questionnaire (forms are attached);
- technical and commercial proposal (Form 1);
- protocol of disagreements to the draft agreement or agreement with the draft agreement.

If your company has not previously passed the prequalification procedure, then you must also send:
- applicant's application form (Form 2);
- a certificate of the availability of human resources (Form No. 3);
- a certificate of completed projects (form No. 4);
- list of equipment and mechanisms for work (form No. 5);
- proposed subcontractors within the framework of the proposal (Form No. 6);
- qualification criteria for contractors on OT, PB and E (Form No. 7);
and:
- constituent, accounting, authorization documents of the company in accordance with the attached list of documents.
