Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
Submission of the tender proposal is carried out in 2 stages:
1. stage no later than 08/29/2019. - Presentation about the Company according to the requirements specified in the Offer Card - see a separate tab;
2. stage no later than September 2, 2019. - Detailed commercial proposal for the performance of work in a mandatory form - Card proposal.

Mandatory requirements for the contractor:
- work experience of at least 5 years;
- designing facilities with a voltage of at least 110 kV;
- experience in similar climatic conditions of the Republic of Yakutia.

As part of a commercial offer, the company provides a package of documents:

a) the charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
b) certificate of state registration (on the assignment of the PSRN);
c) certificate of tax registration;
d) the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
e) if necessary, a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
f) a letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
g) extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
h) accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period, if the counterparty prepares interim accounting (financial) statements, with evidence attached to the reporting of the tax inspection;
i) a bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months;
j) consent to the processing of personal data (form in the attachment)

In case of violation of these conditions, the customer reserves the right to reject the application.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
