At the stage of the competitive bidding process among companies accredited in FGC Group of Companies, in addition to filling in the price, it is necessary to DOWNLOAD the Technical and Commercial Proposal in the * format.xls and in *.jpg or *.pdf formats certified by the signature of the CEO and the seal of the organization, which must correspond to the latest price for B2B. Proposals without the downloaded TPC file will NOT be considered.

1. The price fixing is a prerequisite for the tender.
2. A prerequisite for the tender is the availability of valid accreditation of the FGC Group of Companies.
3. The cost should be indicated in the offer, including all necessary costs for the full range of work, including VAT and delivery to the facility.
4. In the absence of a contract and consent to sign the attached form of the FGC contract, it is necessary to enclose your Protocol of disagreement when submitting a commercial offer.
5. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the procedures conducted by the Call for Bidding Department of FGC Group LLC on the B2B platform are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals.
