Payment terms:Оплата Стоимости Работ Исполнителю в соответствии с графиком оплаты будет произведена поэтапно, по мере подписания актов приемки-передачи работы, на расчетный счет Исполнителя в три этапа в размере ___________ (_________ тысяч) рублей по каждому этапу в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней со дня получения от Исполнителя счета. Оплата производится Заказчиком при условии подписания Сторонами акта сдачи-приемки выполненных Работ по каждому этапу по утвержденной в Приложении №5 к настоящему Договору форме и предоставления Исполнителем результатов этапа Работ.
Delivery terms:2.1.3.1 Отчет о выполненных работах по Договору должен быть предоставлен Заказчику на бумажном носителе, форматом А4 (2 экз.) и на электронном носителе (с файлом в формате Microsoft Word), а также направлен по электронной почте на адреса Andrey.Leskinen@rusnano.com и Kirill.Isaev@rusnano.com.
2.1.4.1 Работа должна быть выполнена в три этапа не позднее следующих сроков:
I этап – не позднее 10 ноября 2011г.;
II этап – не позднее 01 декабря 2011г.;
III этап – не позднее 15 декабря 2011г.
