Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:The amount of the advance from the cost of the upcoming monthly amount of work / services is not more than: 30%.
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, subject to timely submission of an invoice for an advance payment. The Bidder at the tender can offer a discount for reducing the deferral of payment to 30 calendar days. The winner is selected by bringing prices with different payment terms to the same terms using a financial calculator (Appendix 8. "Financial Documents").
For this Call for Bidding, there is support for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры.
В тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков запроса ценовых предложений НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение.
Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения.
Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке «Файлы, загруженные организатором» после подведения итогов.
