2. Purpose of work:
2.1. Increase the productivity of the Friggi ONL 500 ACN robotic nipple center.
3. Description of the project:
3.1. Develop a control project for a Friggi ONL 500 ACN band saw based on a Siemens controller.
3.2. Communication and control with the controller is carried out using the operator panel.
3.3. During commissioning, the software installed by the manufacturer must remain in working order.
3.4. The technological process and technical documentation are provided by the customer within 10 working days after the request of the Contractor.
4. KP requirement:

4.3. Terms of the NDP.
4.4. Cost, timing and payment options.
4.5. The number and qualifications of workers required to perform

5. Supplier requirements:
5.1. Provide technical support for the available types of communication.
5.2. The supplier must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO) in case of performing the relevant work.
5.3. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Supplier arrive at the Customer.
5.4. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIFs in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
5.5. Provision of health and safety measures, safe work methods at the facility.
5.6. Before issuing a work permit for work, the Supplier is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor organization (order for appointment to a position in the contractor organization, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or availability of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
5.7. Commissioning works are carried out by the supplier with the registration of an act.
5.8. After the completion of the work, the contractor hands over to the customer the as-built documentation in accordance with RD-11-02-2006 dated 26.12.06. and other regulatory documents.
5.9. Provision of warranty obligations for at least 12 months.
5.10. Employees involved in the performance of work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work with a mark in a special certificate of training and passing exams in certification commissions.
5.11. The password for the developed project must be transferred to the Customer.
6. Work safety:
When performing work, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- rules for labor protection during the operation of electrical installations;
- rules for the technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities where - lifting structures are used;
- rules for electrical installations;
- fire safety rules;
- rules for labor protection when working at height POT RM-012-200;
- the rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other norms in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
For the performance of work, the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC must be carried out in accordance with the regulation "On the use of permit orders in the performance of high-risk work at EPM-NEZ JSC".
Appendix # 1
The list of documents to be submitted to the health and safety department for registration of orders - permits for work by contractors:
1. A copy of the Certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work.
2. A copy of the OSH briefing from the briefing journal.
3. POR, PPR or RTI (if required).
4. Copy of the protocol of certification of workers for labor protection.
5. Copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PS, in electrical installations, conducting hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work.
6. Medical clearance of personnel.
7. Copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders - copies of the certification protocols for the fire-technical minimum.
8. Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order for appointment to a position in the contractor, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or availability of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services. All employees of the contractor, including managers, are required to undergo induction training at the OTPB and GO (you must have a document confirming your identity and age). When performing work, all employees must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment necessary to perform this type of work
9. In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the Health and Safety Service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
Note: In the event of the expiration of any document, the work permit is not issued until a new document is submitted.
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Tax registration certificate.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
