Delivery terms:Holding a mass festive event dedicated to the Day of the Metallurgist in 2022 at the VBO "Don" on July 16 and at the production site El6 Novocherkassk on July 15.

3. Agency tasks and scope of work for July 16.
3.1. Development of the concept and scenario of a festive event lasting 12 hours, the number of participants is 400 people.
3.2 Writing an event scenario with timing.
3.3 Design of the existing stage, animation zones, zones for a photo shoot.
3.4 Provision of sound and lighting equipment.
3.5 Organization of a mandatory program: holding a volleyball tournament, a backgammon tournament, a table tennis tournament, a kettlebell lifting tournament, competitions "Mom, Dad, I am a sports family", a festival of children's creativity of employees of the enterprise, awarding the best employees.
3.6 Organization of animation points and entertainment program during the day.
3.7 Organization of an evening disco with a well-known rock cover band for at least 1 hour and then a DJ for at least 2 hours.
3.8 Preparation of prizes, gifts, souvenirs for the participants of the holiday.
3.9 Catering. 30 people (managers and invited guests) banquet service (lunch, dinner). 400 people meals in the "picnic" format (only some elements are possible).
3.10 Production of the announcing layout for the newspaper.
3.11 Photo-video shooting, with the provision of a ready-made video about the event up to 3 minutes and the first 20 photos by July 18.
3.12 Provision of a professional videographer with own equipment of the 1st category, experience from 2 to 5 years.
3.13 Provision of a moderator (1-2), work experience of more than 5 years.
3.14 Provision of playground administrators
3.15 Provision of a project coordinator manager supervising the project at all stages of its implementation.
Agency tasks and scope of work for July 15.
3.16 Development of the concept and scenario of the solemn event and the award ceremony for the best employees of the enterprise in the assembly hall of the production site El 6 Novocherkassk for 140 people – 1 hour.
3.17 Writing an event scenario with timing.
3.18 Design of the existing scene.
3.19 Provision of sound equipment.
3.20 Organization of the award ceremony for 40 people (presentation of diplomas, flowers), the work of the presenter
3.21 Organization of the entertainment part of the ceremony.
3.22 Photo shoot.
3.23 Provision of a presenter, work experience of more than 5 years.
3.24 Provision of a project coordinator manager supervising the project at all stages of its implementation.


4. Requirements for the seller:
4.1. The participant in the procurement procedure must comply with the requirements imposed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation to persons engaged in the supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services that are the subject of procurement.
4.2. There should be no information about the participant in the procurement procedures in the registers of unscrupulous suppliers, which are maintained in accordance with Federal Law No. 44-FZ of 05.04.2013 "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs", Federal Law No. 223-FZ of 18.07.2013 "On Procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities".
4.3. Availability of all established statutory documents and their provision upon request.

5. Payment terms: 50% prepayment, 50% payment on the day of the event.

6. Requirements for the commercial offer and its registration:
6.1. The commercial offer must be issued on the letterhead of the organization, certified with the signature and seal of the head, must contain the date and number in accordance with the rules of document management adopted by the Participant.
6.2. The commercial offer must contain the details of the organization (TIN, KPP, jur./fact. address, contacts (Contractor's phone number, email address).
6.3. The price of the offer is indicated without VAT (including VAT).
6.4 The offer should contain a brief description of the company and a description of the experience of such projects. Description of the concept /scenario of the events. Calculation of the project cost (estimate).
