Commercial proposal shall specify:
- Brand and model;
- Information on compliance with each point of the requirements specification;
- The cost of a set of consumables (blades, conveyor);
- The price of one unit with delivery;
- Delivery time;
- Payment terms;
- Commercial proposal validity period;
- Readiness to cooperate under a standard contract of GK Rusagro;
- Warranty period;
- A bid security (bank guarantee) may be required in case the commercial proposal implies an advance payment (in full or partly). In case an advance payment exceeds RUB 1 000 000 (incl. VAT) the Supplier/ Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee at a bank included in Top-10 according to a ranking by the Russian Central Bank. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.

Be sure to attach the copies of documents specified in the list.

It is necessary to enclose to the proposal a letter on the classification of the proposed equipment according to JCPA2.
