Delivery of antivirus software to protect workplaces (kaspersky endpoint detection and response for business optimum) and e-mail (Kaspersky Security for mail servers) for the needs of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC
Comments: The terms of reference with the exact indication of materials and deadlines will be provided at the second stage of the request for proposals.
Name of the materials to be Called for Bidding:
1) Security Updates subscription for 1 year for UserGate E1000 without limiting the number of users (cluster of 2 nodes)
2) Extension of the warranty for the UserGate E1000 hardware platform for 1 year
3) Advanced Threat Protection module for 1 year for UserGate E1000 without limiting the number of users
4) Stream Antivirus module for 1 year for UserGate E1000 without limiting the number of users
Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
Those Bidders who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure. This Preliminary Qualification Selection is not a Bid Notice about the Competitive Bidding Process and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any material liability to the Bidders.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Bidders' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
