The organizer has the right to hold the 2nd stage (rebidding) in case of an unsatisfactory result at the first stage. Applicants who have submitted the most favorable offers will be allowed to rebidding. The winner of the procedure will be recognized as the proposal of the applicant who proposed the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
Criteria for evaluation and selection of the proposal:

1.The cost of the offer;
2.Company reputation;
3. Work experience.

If the documents uploaded to the site are signed by an E-Signature, then it is NOT required to additionally certify them with the signature of the manager and the seal of the organization. If the E-Signature is not used, then it is necessary to upload scanned documents with a seal and signature..
