4. Before sending the equipment to the Customer, the equipment is tested and checked for technological accuracy by the contractor's specialists in the presence of the Customer's representative.
Installation, commissioning and commissioning of machines at the Customer is carried out by the Customer's specialists in accordance with the requirements of the contractor's technical documentation.
5. Consideration, evaluation of proposals and selection of a supplier is carried out by a collegial body by the Buyer based on a combination of factors, taking into account the information provided.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and offer to start negotiations and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
