Comments:
LLC "Mayskoye Gold Ore Company" invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for the performance of work on applying a fire-resistant coating to metal structures.

1. Detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the procurement documentation:
- offer card to fill out;
- terms of reference with applications;
- draft agreement with appendices;
- a list of requirements for the composition of the KP.
-Proforma forms for mandatory completion of the TOR for 2022

2. To participate in this procurement procedure, all tabs of the "Offer Card" form must be filled in.

3. Proposals submitted without the documentation specified in the list of requirements for the composition of the KP are not accepted for consideration. Download the documentation in separate files/archives no more than 10MB each.

4. The main criteria for choosing the best offer:
- compliance of the commercial offer with the requirements of the TOR;
- availability of the necessary documents in accordance with the TOR and the requirements of the procurement documentation;
- experience of similar work;
- terms and cost of work;
- agreement with the draft agreement (indicated in the offer card);
- payment terms;
- the quality of filling in the procurement documentation.

5. This request for proposal procedure is not a competition, a public competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.

6. The draft contract is not a public offer, but its terms will be binding on the winner.
Location of the procedure:
This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ).
The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
