Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by cashless transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Seller with a deferred payment of at least 3 calendar days from the date of actual delivery of goods to the buyer's warehouse. The price does not include the cost of transportation of goods, insurance, payment of customs duties, VAT and taxes, delivery of goods to the customer’s warehouse.
Delivery terms:Feed wheat, 1500 tons per month. Delivery of 2 cars per day for 25 tons. Delivery by motor transport (dump truck) at the expense of the buyer.
