PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to take part in the procurement event for selecting a supplier for the provision of Technical Support for Iskratel switching equipment, SBC ACME and SORM equipment.
Subject of purchase: for reliable operation and elimination of accidents within the specified time frame, a technical support contract is required.
Technical support services should include the following components:
1. Emergency support
2. Processing of Customer's requests
3. Software support
4. Hardware support
5. Onsite support
6. Implementing Software Updates

To participate in the procurement event, an organization must (link to documents):
• Fill in the Participant's Questionnaire, providing it in PDF format (scanned with a signature);
• Fill in Appendix 1 Participant details, submitting it in Excel format;
• Attach a certificate confirming the authorization from the manufacturer;
• Fill in Appendix 3 FinAnaliz_Rating 1, submitting it in Excel format;
It is also necessary to prepare the following documents in separate files in PDF format:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2020;
- The current edition of the charter with the current amendments;
- Power of attorney or other document giving authority to this or that person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the organization, please provide for the closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (maximum for 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address ADotsenko@beeline.ru no later than 18:00 Moscow time on October 23, 2020 (the subject of the letter should indicate "Name of the organization / Technical support of Iskratel switching equipment.
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive).
