Full–scale works are carried out until December 01, 2024 (as the equipment shop prepares for the EPB, the customer sends the contractor an bid for the work - the Contractor conducts full-scale works no later than 5 working days from the date of receipt of the bid).
Provision of information on the comments identified during the field work with lists of defects, within 5 working days from the date of the field work;
Issuance of expert opinions based on the results of technical diagnostics carried out within 3 months after the field work and the provision of documentation necessary for the work.
Registration of the record of the results of the technical survey in the vessel passport, on the day of the survey.
Comments: It is necessary to attach to the Technical AND Commercial Proposal:
1) Completed Appendix No. 1 to the terms of reference (cost column);
2) Completed Appendix No. 2 Form 2;

A list of equipment (with the dates of the next verification) used during the examination of industrial safety with the attachment of verification certificates.
A reference list indicating the contacts of Customers able to confirm the quality of the work (you can attach notifications about the inclusion of EPB conclusions in the register).
Insurance contract and insurance policy of the organization's liability for causing harm to the life, health or property of other persons.
Insurance contract and insurance policy for employees against industrial accidents and occupational diseases.
Conclusion on passing a periodic medical examination.
