Comments:
the request for proposals is not a tender (form of bidding) provided for in article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code. The contest is a request for proposals (invitation to make an offer).

Procedure and conditions of participation

Request for proposals will be made in the form of electronic auctions (online auction) According to the application-specification (Appendix № 1) in accordance with the technical specification.

The place of the procedure is Seth B2b-center.ru.
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

The request for proposals will take place from 23.01.2018 to 15:00 26.01.2018 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the main time has been completed.

The obligatory condition of participation is attaching to b2b-center.ru or providing to the electronic addresses of Failya.Bashkurova@x5.ru; CEN-TK. Dd. H@x5.ru the final proposal on the results of the request for proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the Organization), indicating: Prices for each lot in rubles excluding VAT 18%.

The participant at the price submission is obliged to attach:
ü Completed Questionnaire-qualification requirements (Appendix № 3 Tender Documents) in the electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the Organization) by downloading the documents on the electronic trading;
ü set of Pre-qualification documents (in accordance with the Appendix № 3 of the tender documentation) by downloading the documents on the electronic trading;
ü The card of the counterparty (appendix № 4 of the tender documentation) in the electronic format of Excel downloading the documents on the e-trading;
ü Letter – Agreement with the terms of the technical specification and readiness to sign the standard form of the contract (in free form on the company letterhead) by downloading the documents on the electronic trading;

The participants are not allowed to correct the tender documentation forms (adding/deleting lines, changing the wording).

The Organizer reserves the right to conduct regulation.

We draw your attention! In case of finding the missing documents, the submitted offer will not be accepted for consideration!

The documents are provided as follows: Scans of documents in PDF format, file name, date (the date should reflect the day of signing (registration, issuance) of the document). One file must contain one document!
