Payment terms:Payment for medical examination services for those working in hazardous working conditions is made upon the fact of the work performed within 120 calendar days from the date the Contractor issues an invoice drawn up on the basis of a signed certificate of work performed in the established form.

Work on the medical examination of workers in hazardous working conditions must be carried out in accordance with the "List of the contingent of employees of LLC MC Tatburneft, subject to passing in accordance with the Procedure (order No. 29n dated 01.28.2021)

This request for quotation procedure is not a tender procedure. The organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time, without incurring any liability to the Suppliers !!!

1. Medical examination of workers in hazardous working conditions is carried out by medical organizations of any form of ownership, which have the right to conduct preliminary and periodic examinations, as well as to expertise of professional suitability in accordance with the current regulatory legal acts.
2. Carry out work on medical examination in the city where the Customer is based.
3. Medical examination should be carried out in the Contractor's premises (own or rented) that meets the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.3.3678-20 "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for the Operation of Premises, Buildings, Structures, Equipment and Transport, as well as the operating conditions of business entities selling goods, performance of work or provision of services ". 4. Obligatory acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer.
5. Availability of a license for the premises for periodic and preliminary medical examination.
6. Place of rendering services: Almetyevsk.
7. Mandatory acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer.
