The tender procedure is conducted in 2 stages:

1. stage:
Prequalification of participants and technical evaluation of their proposal with attached documents:
1. Contractor's Questionnaire
2. List of similar types of works
3. Reference list of general work experience
4. Permission documentation for the performance of this type of work
5. Written confirmation of the existence of own certified and having valid certificates of personnel to perform this type of work. (qualifications, existing certificates, etc.) .$
6. Technical and commercial offer with detailed description of the execution of the works.
Requirements for tender participants:
1. Experience of performance of these works;
2. Readiness to start work before the conclusion of the Agreement from the moment of receipt of the nomination letter;
3. Availability of own certified and having valid certificates for performance of this type of work of personnel;
4. Own material and technical base;
5. Guarantee obligations for the work performed.

6. stage:
Closed commercial trading among selected participants following the results of this pre-qualification procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
