Separately, please note that your commercial offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions::
• cost of services
• period and terms of service provision
• terms and conditions of payment for services

The validity period of the offer (offer) must be at least 60 calendar days from the date of its submission.
At the same time as submitting the offer, the technical description must be attached.

A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to upload a price offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization.
The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply contract with LLC "North-Eastern Coal Company".

Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
